Overview

The Dental Specialists Orthodontics is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

 

Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:00am-5:15pm (locations will vary based on needs)

 

Possible locations: Woodbury, Roseville, Blaine, Riverdale, Maple Grove, Eden Prairie, Burnsville, Edina
