Overview

The Dental Specialists is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a unassigned Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with all of our doctor teams at all of our locations. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

 

Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday anywhere from 6:30am-6:30pm. The locations and hours will vary depending on the need
